Selah Suite Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
As a courtesy to other clients and your therapist, please call or text to cancel or reschedule your appointment 24 hours in advance to avoid being billed for your reservation or forfeiting the value of your gift certificate. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. All cancellations within this 24 hour time period must be performed via phone call or text; all other correspondence is unacceptable.
Reminders & Notifications
An automated system is used for reminders and notifications. We advise you to write down all of your appointments and keep them in a safe place as we are not responsible for technological errors regarding appointment reminders or notifications via text or email.
Gift Certificates
In accordance with Minnesota state and federal law, gift certificates do not expire with the exception to certificates that have been solicited for donation, silent auction items, fundraisers or the like; these will have a 3 month expiration date. Appointment cancellations require 24 hours advance notice to scheduled time in order to prevent certificate forfeiture. Purchase must be treated like cash; Selah Suite is not liable for lost or stolen gift certificates. Not redeemable for cash. May not be combined with any other offers. Some restrictions apply.
Weather
We do understand that winter weather conditions may impair your ability to arrive to your appointment as this absence will be permissible. We follow local DOT procedures to which we will notify you with a phone call or text if your appointment needs to be rescheduled at no charge.
No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their “missed” appointment.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
