Healing Touch Session (In person or Distance)
1 hr: $110   |   90 min: $165

Receive care from our treatment room, afar or your own home. Our overall health and quality of life are affected by our energy systems. In Healing Touch therapy, practitioners use their hands to help restore balance and harmony through working with the human energy field or life force. Healing Touch practitioners clear, balance and energize the client’s energy field, thereby placing the client in a position to initiate or accelerate the self-healing process. Through heart-centered intention and skill, practitioners use their hands to re-establish the natural flow of energy. Healing Touch practitioners do not force or push energy but allow balance and harmony to “reboot” the energy system. This modality is an accredited provider of the American Nurses Credentialing Center as well as endorsed by the American Holistic Nurses Association and other medical associations worldwide.

Selah Massage (formerly Yomassage)
60-75 min Class Session: $50

60 min Individual Session: $110

Yomassage Therapists are licensed massage therapists trained by Yomassage to make sure everyone feels comfortable and welcome throughout the entire class. When you walk in the room, you will be greeted with warm smiles. Your therapist will walk you through a series of comfortable and supported positions that will be held for 5-10 minutes. While you are relaxing in these positions, your therapist will guide you through breathwork and guided prayer exercises as they massage you in each position. The combination of touch, gentle stretch, and guided prayer provide an avenue for relaxation and healing.

Selah Massage classes are kept small so each client receives individual attention from their therapist. One therapist can serve up to 5 clients in a single session. Clients can expect a warm room with mood lighting and soft music. Also, clients are advised to dress comfortably, just like attending a yoga class. Everything will be provided for you, so there is no need to bring anything. These classes are suitable for all levels, no experience required.
